The five suites
There are five, all facing the sea.
The price depends on the dates, on how many of you there are and on how long you stay, so we do not post it here as though it were fixed. Tell us your dates and we answer the same working day with the exact price.

Double Sea View Suite
One double bed or two singles — tell us which and that is how you will find the room. Private bathroom, desk, sea-view balcony, kettle, minibar and hairdryer.
This is what most people take when they come to Maputo for two or three days and want to wake up facing the bay.
Triple Sea View Suite
A king bed or two singles, with room for an extra bed. It has a lounge area, a desk, a sea-view balcony and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and two basins.
It works for three people, and it works just as well for one who stays a week and wants somewhere to work that is not the bed.
Executive Sea View Suite
Two bedrooms: one with two singles or a king, the other with a double. They share a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a window over the sea.
It is what families take, and what two colleagues take when they travel together but each want their own room.
What is included
- Wi-Fi throughout the building, at no charge.
- On-site parking, at no charge.
- Air conditioning and a private bathroom.
- A desk — in every room, without exception.
- Sea-view balcony, kettle, minibar and hairdryer.
Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate: it is MT 750 per person, served in the restaurant downstairs.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive outside those hours, say so in your request and we will sort it out.
The restaurant
There is a restaurant in the building, with the tables turned towards the bay. There is a bar, and there is dessert at bad hours.
Breakfast is served there and costs MT 750 per person — it is not included in the nightly rate.
It counts for more than it sounds: when you get back late from a meeting on the other side of the city, the difference between dinner and no dinner is not having to go out again.
The pool and the terrace
The pool is on the terrace, facing the Marginal, with loungers, tables and service. It is the best place in the building to finish a working day — and, late in the afternoon, to watch the bay change colour.
Here on business?
Every suite has a desk. It was not decoration — the house was built for people who come to Maputo to work, and in practice you do not need to leave the room to do it: there is the desk, the sea-view balcony for the breaks, and the restaurant downstairs.

How many rooms are there?
Five. Three Double Sea View Suites, one Triple Sea View Suite and one Executive Sea View Suite with two bedrooms. All with a balcony and a sea view.
Do all the rooms face the sea?
All of them. The building faces the Marginal and no room looks inward.
Can I work from the room?
You can, and that is what the house was built for: every suite has a desk, and there is the sea-view balcony for the breaks. If you need a room to receive someone, CoWork Lab 5 is in the same building — tell us and we arrange it.
Is breakfast included?
It is not. Breakfast is MT 750 per person, served in the restaurant downstairs, with the tables facing the bay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If your flight puts you here outside those hours, say so in your request and we will sort it out.
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Both, at no charge. The Wi-Fi covers the whole building and the parking belongs to the building.
Is there a restaurant?
Yes, in the building, with breakfast served there and the tables facing the bay. There is also a bar and a pool terrace.
How far is the city centre?
About 2 km. Fifteen minutes on foot to the Joaquim Chissano Conference Centre, along the Marginal.
